SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your purchase within 7 days for a complete refund, less shipping.
Cartons must be unpacked and the merchandise must be inspected at the time of delivery!! There are no exceptions. Do not sign any delivery receipt until you are certain that your shipment has arrived intact. If you received damaged merchandise you may refuse the carton at the time of delivery and it will be returned at no additional cost. As with any return, the original carton must be retained for inspection. Once you sign the delivery receipt without noting damages, you have taken ownership of products and neither party, sender or consignee has a case to collect damages.
If you note damage but do not refuse the shipment, please fax an explanation (include your contact information, item, order number, and defect) to 1-888-600-2832 immediately. If you cannot send a fax, please call 229-776-9896 and report any problems immediately. All returns must be repacked and SHW will issue a call tag and ship a replacement. All claims must be filed within 10 days.
EXCEPTIONS TO RETURN POLICIES
The following items may not be returned:
* Sale items
* Special order and/or customized pieces
* Flooring, as all flooring orders are custom
Please note that when using reclaimed wood, we cannot guarantee a consistent finish on our stained pieces from one order to the next as each batch of wood accepts stain differently.
Common characteristics of reclaimed wood include knots and nail holes and some splitting. This is not considered a defect.
PRODUCT AND PRICING INFORMATION
Although SHW has made every effort to display the products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the products will depend upon the monitor of the user and SHW cannot guarantee that the user’s monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. Also, each piece of furniture is hand finished and could vary slightly from piece to piece. Products and prices are subject to change. SHW is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter. Subject to the foregoing, the prices displayed are quoted in U.S. dollars and are effective only for orders being shipped within the lower 48 – United States.

We guarantee our products to be free of defects due to craftsmanship. This does not include cracking or stressing in the wood. We will repair or replace the product for a period of 6 months if there is a problem due to craftsmanship. Personnel at our warehouse must determine this only. We cannot guarantee wood will not crack or stress due to changes in humidity and climate. If you encounter a problem such as cracks, we will repair your item for cost of time and materials only.
